Featured Keynote Speakers

Roger Crawford - "How High Can You Bounce"

Roger Crawford photo

Sports Illustrated called Roger Crawford "one of the most accomplished physically challenged athletes in history." He knows about determination, optimism, and defying the odds. Roger's compelling story of how he became an NCAA Division I tennis champion communicates and demonstrates how he successfully competed though he appeared to have a significant disadvantage. Roger's remarkable life story is a powerful example that "Challenges are inevitable, defeat is optional!" Roger Crawford has been inducted into the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame in recognition of his highly successful speaking career spanning two decades. As a member of the Hall of Fame for People with Disabilities he shares this prestigious distinction with fellow honorees such as Christopher Reeves, Helen Keller and Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

Steve Rizzo - "Drilling for Optimism"

Steve Rizzo photo

Steve Rizzo was a national headline comedian with opening acts like Rosie O'Donnell, and Drew Carey to name a few. He's appeared on many television shows and was voted a Showtime Comedy All-star. Then he walked away from a flourishing stand up career. Why? To pursue his true purpose and passion. Today, Steve's mission is to help people to be happy and successful. Steve spent much of his own life learning how to pursue and achieve his own definition of success. Luckily that definition has evolved to include showing others his blueprint for realizing their dreams and achieving personal excellence and professional satisfaction. As Steve's friend and fellow comic Drew Carey says, "He used to be a stand-up comic, but now he is a speaker who is inspiring people all over the world."
